A refund will be refused if:

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 5-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

Got this for my 2 year old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. Mum and Dad have an Evoke but didn’t realise this was available at the time I purchased the Disco. I really hope you will look forward and make large ride ons for 4 years plus. I bought a land rover back from the US for my daughter 30 years ago. Large enough for a 3 year old and an 8 years old to have hours of fun. I did invest in a second battery 😉
