RiiRoo's Christmas and New Year Opening Times 2021/2022

RiiRoo would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

It has been a tough year for everyone and we don't think anyone has escaped the complete and total disruption the pandemic has caused.

We hope you and yours remain safe and cherish the time you have spent with loved ones over the last few days and weeks.

The vast majority of our customer's kids will open their presents with beaming smiles and sheer joy and we trust they’ll enjoy spending time getting to know their brand new wheels!

However, there will be a few that slip through the net, and for that, we sincerely apologise. Unfortunately, there will be some toys that have issues and we would just like to say that we are 100% committed to rectifying any issues you may have in a timely manner.

For that reason, we felt the need to write this letter to inform you of our Christmas and New year office opening hours (the times when we are shut and when we're-open).

Our customer service team and office will be closed from:

25th to 28th December (We are here to help via email and web chat from Wednesday 29th December 2021).

We are also closed from Friday 31st till Monday 3rd (We are here to help via email and web chat from Tuesday 4th January 2022).

Note: We are not operating a telephone line at present, so we recommend that the first port of call should be via email.

We would also like to point out that multiple emails sent in quick succession really won't speed up a reply from us. In fact, it will slow things down dramatically.

Each time a new email is received pushes the response time back further as your query will automatically be placed to the back of the queue each time. So, we recommend emailing ONCE and waiting for a reply (we will get back to everyone as soon as possible).

Since we are closed over the festive period, we thought it might be helpful to highlight some important links and videos for you to troubleshoot possible problems to allow you to rectify them while we are closed.

To be clear, we are more than happy to help you once we return (as always) and we appreciate your understanding while we take a break.
