On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 5-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

Was my 2 year olds Christmas present, which broke within 3 weeks. The steering on the remote control stopped working and after my partner taking a look he said the part handled even been welded properly together and had snapped off. Emailed RiiRoo and just got a response with a YouTube link totally unrelated to what I had messaged them regarding, didn’t even bother reading the message properly. Waste of £250.

We got this for our granddaughters 1st birthday. As the car is for a minimum of 3yrs of age, she required some additional support as the car just has a waist seatbelt but we knew this when we bought it.
She loves it! From the sound it makes when switching it on, to the lights and music features. Parental controls are easy to navigate and she'll have plenty more years of fun in this!
We paid for the assembly service which was worth it other than the seatbelt had been fitted the wrong way round (but no big deal!).
Definitely recommend along with the softer tyres!
