On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete considering the item(s) returned in its original condition we’ll refund back to your payment method.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 5-7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

The reason for this is simple, most electronic toys or any toy which has small parts is not suitable for children under 3 years old and as most of our product range falls in this category, we feel that the information is redundant and will only lead to confusion, therefore we don't display it.

From start to finish this has been a great experience. Browsed via the website and found the exact one I wanted for my boy.
My boy is only 2 but enjoys the car massively, everyday he is in it driving around our garden.
Easily put together and with the helpful video which is emailed on the day of arrival made it even more so.
The vehicle is in brilliant the only issue that I had was the screws for the seat just ripped through the plastic in about an hour of my boy moving around. Simple fix of a few washers to stop this so no drama.

My son was over the moon with his ride on police car. Love that you can add a parent control to it too. Paod for the faster delivery and came sooner them expected which is great. The only issue my husband found was that the assembly instructions seemed over complicated and not that user friendly. The car is fantastic. Has a good run time and seems really well made. Also love the option of adding personalised number plates
